## Title: Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a long-term business development and marketing strategy
  • Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders across various industries
  • Oversee and optimize sales pipeline management for both new and existing clients
  • Provide market insights on pricing, service offerings, and competitive positioning
  • Lead and mentor the Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to exceed set targets
  • Monitor industry trends and provide thought leadership to position the company ahead of competitors
  • Collaborate with internal teams to shape product development strategies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum 8 years post-NYSC experience
  • At least 6 years in Sales and Business Development
  • Proven track record of at least 2 years in a Business Development Manager leadership role
