## Title: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term business development and marketing strategy
- Drive sales growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders across various industries
- Oversee and optimize sales pipeline management for both new and existing clients
- Provide market insights on pricing, service offerings, and competitive positioning
- Lead and mentor the Business Development, Sales, and Marketing teams to exceed set targets
- Monitor industry trends and provide thought leadership to position the company ahead of competitors
- Collaborate with internal teams to shape product development strategies
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 8 years post-NYSC experience
- At least 6 years in Sales and Business Development
- Proven track record of at least 2 years in a Business Development Manager leadership role
