## Title: Business Development Manager - Healthcare & Wellness
About the Role
Medbury Healthcare Group seeks a results-driven and innovative Business Development Manager to drive growth for MedLyfe, our wellness and preventive healthcare arm. The ideal candidate will identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and expand our market presence through strategic initiatives and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas
- Generate and qualify leads through data analysis and proactive engagement
- Deliver compelling presentations to convert leads into clients
- Represent MedLyfe at industry events and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with customer insights
- Support retention and satisfaction by tracking and acting on client feedback
- Monitor sales performance and report progress against set KPIs
Key Performance Metrics
- Lead conversion and retention rates
- Market share growth
- Revenue performance
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Sales or Business Development roles, preferably in healthcare or wellness
- At least 3 years' experience in wellness or preventive healthcare with a strong client network
- Strong analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM and digital marketing tools
