About the Role

An established company is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive strategic initiatives and partnerships that significantly impact revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic business development initiatives and partnerships that significantly impact company revenue
  • Analyse customer needs and develop compelling presentations to address client pain points
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and operational factors to ensure current market intelligence supports business decisions
  • Manage end-to-end bidding and tendering processes for industry-specific projects and business opportunities
  • Ensure delivery of efficient after-sales support strategies for both technical and commercial aspects

Requirements

  • Educational background in Engineering, Technology, or allied discipline
  • 10+ years proven track record driving business strategy and revenue generation initiatives through aggressive sales as a Technical Business Development or Sales Professional
  • Relevant experience within the Energy, Power, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Mining, Oil and Gas sectors
