## Title: Business Development Manager

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Business Development Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead sales and marketing team initiatives
  • Generate leads and manage deal closure
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Train and develop team members
  • Operate and manage mobile app functionality
  • Travel outside Lagos as required

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Prior experience in the microfinance sector
  • Proven experience leading a sales or marketing team
  • Experience with mobile app operation
  • Track record in lead generation and deal closure
  • Training experience with demonstrated ability to train others

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities
  • Willingness to travel outside Lagos

Location Requirements

Candidates must reside in Alimosho or its environs.
