## Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary

Excel and Grace Consulting seeks a dedicated Business Development Manager to identify, develop, and manage business opportunities that increase revenue and market share for the company's computer systems, electronics products, and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
  • Prepare business proposals, bids, and presentations for clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate and institutional clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular business development reports
  • Collaborate with technical and operations teams to deliver client solutions

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Experience in ICT, electronics, or technology sales is highly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
