## Title: Business Development Manager

Position Overview

Sales & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets
  • Acquire new customers across retail, corporate, and hospitality sectors
  • Develop distributor networks and manage performance for assigned territories
  • Identify and close high-volume sales opportunities

Market Development & Intelligence

  • Conduct regular market visits to gather insights on pricing, competition, and customer preferences
  • Recommend improvements in packaging, pricing, and promotions
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales and market performance reports

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
  • Handle customer issues promptly and improve satisfaction levels
  • Develop customer retention and upselling strategies

Brand Visibility & Promotions

  • Support brand activations, sampling campaigns, and visibility drives
  • Ensure product placement standards in retail outlets

Operational Support

  • Coordinate with production on demand forecasting and inventory needs
  • Work with logistics to reduce delivery delays and optimize distribution routes
  • Ensure compliance with startup operational processes and industry standards
