Sales & Business Growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets
- Acquire new customers across retail, corporate, and hospitality sectors
- Develop distributor networks and manage performance for assigned territories
- Identify and close high-volume sales opportunities
Market Development & Intelligence
- Conduct regular market visits to gather insights on pricing, competition, and customer preferences
- Recommend improvements in packaging, pricing, and promotions
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales and market performance reports
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Handle customer issues promptly and improve satisfaction levels
- Develop customer retention and upselling strategies
Brand Visibility & Promotions
- Support brand activations, sampling campaigns, and visibility drives
- Ensure product placement standards in retail outlets
Operational Support
- Coordinate with production on demand forecasting and inventory needs
- Work with logistics to reduce delivery delays and optimize distribution routes
- Ensure compliance with startup operational processes and industry standards
