About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with proven experience in the tech recruitment or talent acquisition industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the tech hiring landscape and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to HR decision-makers, CTOs, CIOs, and hiring managers in technology-driven companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within target markets, including startups, fintechs, banks, and enterprise tech teams
- Pitch and sell tech recruitment and staffing solutions to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CHROs, CTOs, CIOs, and Talent Acquisition Managers
- Collaborate with internal teams (recruiters, account managers, and marketing) to tailor solutions that meet client-specific needs
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback using CRM tools
- Monitor industry trends, client hiring needs, and competitor activity to identify new growth areas
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management—preferably in a tech recruitment, staffing, or HR consulting environment
- Strong understanding of tech roles (e.g., software engineers, DevOps, data analysts) and recruitment cycles
