Position Overview: - TheBusiness Development Managerwill drive revenue growth, client acquisition, and brand visibility for the company. - This role requires a result-oriented professional with strong business acumen and the ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. - Develop strategies to expand corporate and retail clientele. - Manage client relationships and oversee service-level agreements. - Monitor market trends to guide pricing, promotions, and brand strategy. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. - Track, analyze, and report sales and growth performance to management. Requirements: - B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years’ experiencein business development, sales, or client management. - Proven ability to meet revenue targets. - Strong presentation, negotiation, and networking skills.
