A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. - We are urgently hiring a proactive Business Development Manager with at least 4 years of proven sales experience. The ideal candidate will drive client acquisition, close deals, and grow revenue while maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Source, develop, and close new business opportunities. - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Build and maintain strong client relationships. - Conduct market research and prepare sales proposals. Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years’ sales/business development experience. - Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
