We are seeking an experienced professional for this opening. Role Summary - The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and expanding GCNL’s market presence across its real estate and allied services portfolio. - The role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with strong negotiation and relationship management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships - Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company goals - Generate leads for property sales, leasing, consultancy, and project management services - Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction - Prepare proposals, pitch decks, and commercial offers - Conduct market research and competitor analysis - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to close deals - Track sales performance and prepare periodic reports Required Qualifications: & Experience - Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Estate Management, or related field - 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in real estate - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets - Strong negotiation and presentation skills Core Competencies: - Sales and negotiation skills - Relationship management - Market intelligence - Strategic thinking - Results orientation
