Business Development Manager

An established company is recruiting for the following position. ROLE SUMMARY - The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving the Team's loan origination borrowing rmbilization, interest income, and Profit Before Tax (PBT) performance. - The role requires a strong leader who can motivate, coordinate, and inspire team members to consistently deliver on set targets while maintaining sound risk and credit standards. Key Responsibilities: - Drive loan origination and portfolio growth in line with approved targets - Mobilize borrowäng and investment funds to support business grovvth - Grow and manage the Team's interest income and PBT portfolio - Provide leadership, motivation, and strategic direction to team members - Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of business KPIs - Work dosely with Risk, Credit, Operations, and Recovery teams to ensure portfolio quality - Ensure compliance with internal policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years' experience in business development, lending, or financial services - Proven track record in loan origination and income generation - Strong leadership and people-management skills - Good understanding of credit, risk management, and financial products - Ability to work under pressure and deliver results
