Position Summary - The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new market opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. This role is designed for someone with strong leadership abilities and a strategic mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities and partnerships - Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals - Negotiate and close business deals that align with company goals - Build and manage a high-performing sales team - Design sales strategies and set performance targets - Provide coaching, mentorship, and performance reviews to sales staff - Lead weekly sales meetings and pipeline reviews - Collaborate with senior management to inform sales direction - Represent Julshomes at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate sales - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Strong leadership potential with the ability to build and motivate a team - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills - High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus
