## Title: Business Development Lead – Furniture

Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Business Development Lead to drive sales growth and client acquisition in the furniture sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and acquire new clients through field sales and networking
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Track sales performance and report results to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in field sales (furniture/interior décor preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Compensation

₦250,000 per month
