## Title: Business Development Lead - Furniture Sales

Position Overview

LD&D Consulting is seeking a qualified Business Development Lead to drive sales growth in the furniture sector. This role combines field sales expertise with relationship management to expand our client base and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and acquire new clients through field sales and networking activities
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Track sales performance and report results to management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–5 years' experience in field sales (furniture/interior décor preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Compensation

₦250,000 per month
