## Title: Business Development – FX Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a commercially aggressive and results-driven Business Development – FX Sales Executive to drive corridor growth, institutional partnerships, and FX transaction volumes. This is a revenue-critical position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard new IMTO partners, aggregators, and payout institutions
  • Source, onboard, and manage high-value FX and remittance partners
  • Drive FX transaction volumes across key corridors
  • Develop and execute corridor growth strategies
  • Negotiate commercial terms and pricing structures
  • Monitor competitor pricing and market movements
  • Maintain strong institutional and agent relationships
  • Ensure compliance alignment in all partnership activities
  • Provide regular revenue and pipeline performance reporting

Required Experience and Skills

  • 4 – 8 years experience in FX sales, remittance, or cross-border payments
  • Proven track record of closing institutional deals
  • Strong network within banks, fintechs, IMTOs, or aggregators
  • Deep understanding of FX spreads, pricing strategy, and liquidity management
  • Deep understanding of FX dynamics, remittance structures, and regulatory considerations within international money transfers
  • Strong negotiation and commercial structuring skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in performance environments

  • Relationship officers without measurable revenue impact
