Position Overview

We are recruiting a Business Development Executive to drive growth and revenue generation across key industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in manufacturing, oil & gas, power, and engineering services industries
• Manage budgets and ensure effective budget implementation
• Lead and motivate the business development team
• Identify growth opportunities and develop appropriate compensation and motivation strategies for team performance

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant business development experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, or Engineering
• Proven track record of success in technical sales, professional services, or FMCG industry
• Established network and demonstrated ability to develop contacts in manufacturing, oil & gas, power, and engineering services sectors
