Job description

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Job Summary - The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, developing strategic relationships, and facilitating professional training sessions across industries. Responsibilities - Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in both private and public sector organizations; - Own and exceed sales targets through proactive business development and relationship management; - Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and value-driven solutions to clients; - Design and execute business development strategies to promote MOC’s training and consulting services; - Facilitate training programs and workshops for client organizations with professionalism and impact; - Coordinate and manage training logistics, participant engagement, and post-training evaluations; - Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and track client interactions using reporting tools; - Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized learning solutions that meet clients’ needs. Requirements - B.Sc Degree / HND in Human Resources Mgmt., Marketing, or a related field; - Proven years of experience in business development, training facilitation, and corporate sales; - Demonstrated capability to build strong relationships with clients and close business deals; - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; - Proficiency in in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to prepare professional proposals and training materials; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven consulting environment; - Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail; - Self-motivated, creative, and goal-driven professional with a passion for learning and people development.
