## Title: Business Development Executive – Pharmaceutical Sector

About the Role

A reputable organization is seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to drive growth and expansion in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. This is a hybrid position based in Lagos, Nigeria, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on community health outcomes while building a successful sales career.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and market expansion for the company's healthcare products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, hospitals, and distributors
  • Execute marketing strategies that promote preventive health awareness
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets with measurable impact

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing (pharmaceutical/health sector preferred)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented and proactive mindset with passion for improving community health outcomes

Compensation & Benefits

  • Monthly salary: ₦150,000 (Net)
  • 15% Net Profit Commission on Sales
  • Transport Allowance for Marketing activities
  • Airtime Allowance for business calls

Work Arrangement

Hybrid role requiring office presence twice weekly, following a one-week onboarding training period.
