• Minimum of 4 years of working experience in a similar position
• Extensive working experience in the oil and gas sector

• Strong attention to detail with zero tolerance for rework or errors
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proposal management experience
• Demonstrated exposure to contracts and understanding of basic contract language
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Extensive sales experience
• Experience interacting with executive-level staff
• Clear understanding of the bid process
• Track record of securing large contracts
• Knowledge of document management methods
