## Title: Business Development Executive
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive business growth and revenue in a dynamic sales environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and meet monthly revenue targets
- Identify, engage, and onboard new clients and business partners
- Build, maintain, and grow a strong network of clients (PBOs & investors)
- Promote company products and create strategic marketing initiatives
- Represent the company at presentations, inspections, and sales events
- Provide accurate and timely sales reports
- Maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HND or BSc in any discipline
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (real estate experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Must be based in or willing to work in Warri
- Smart, confident, and motivated to earn high commissions
