## Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

PWAN Stars seeks a dedicated Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and expand our client base in the real estate sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our products through strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and meet monthly revenue targets
  • Identify, engage, and onboard new clients and business partners
  • Build, maintain, and grow a strong network of clients (PBOs and investors)
  • Promote PWAN products and create strategic marketing initiatives
  • Represent the company at presentations, inspections, and sales events
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports
  • Maintain professional relationships with new and existing clients

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum HND or BSc in any discipline
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development
  • Real estate experience is advantageous
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet targets and work effectively under pressure
  • Must be based in or willing to work in Warri
  • Smart, confident, and motivated to earn high commissions
