Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive with a proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing complex IT solutions sales deals. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the IT solutions sector.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, a deep understanding of the IT landscape, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT solutions market
- Prospect and conduct cold outreach to potential clients
- Negotiate and close complex IT solutions sales deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and clients
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics
- Support the execution of social media marketing campaigns on platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram
- Present complex technical concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT solutions sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- BSc degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong prospecting, cold calling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to present complex technical concepts to clients clearly
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the tech industry or with SaaS products
- Familiarity with IT applications, software solutions, and industry trends
- Understanding of common software platforms (ERP, cloud-based solutions)
- Basic knowledge of social media marketing
