## Title: Business Development Executive
About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Business Development Executive to drive growth and expand our market presence in the electronic and extra low voltage security sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, identifying new revenue opportunities, and building strong client relationships to establish a sustainable and profitable venture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive business plans aligned with organizational goals
- Source new clients and promote additional offerings to existing clients
- Conduct market research and surveys to understand industry trends, emerging technologies, and sector opportunities
- Identify new revenue opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets and increase sales
- Attend networking events to attract and retain clients
- Build and develop the business toward sustainable profitability
- Plan, strategize, and execute marketing initiatives to establish and maintain strong brand presence
- Monitor trends in the electronic and extra low voltage security sector to inform business decisions
- Analyze potential strategic partnerships for company growth and marketing
- Represent the company in client meetings and negotiations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop proposals by identifying client needs
- Work closely with the project implementation team to generate accurate estimates and proposals
- Prepare introductory letters and customized proposals based on client requirements
- Manage and reactivate inactive client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Minimum B.Sc or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development
- Strong understanding of electronic security technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and planning abilities
- Basic business knowledge
- Tact and diplomacy in client interactions
