An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Summary - We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving sales and collection targets. Key Areas of Responsibilities - Monitor, maintain, and enhance patronage from existing customers. - Address and resolve field objections, inquiries, and customer concerns promptly. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance data. - Identify and convert potential customers into active clients while reactivating dormant accounts. - Achieve assigned debt collection targets and ensure proper documentation for all collections. - Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional handling of all issues. - Conduct regular sales visits, maintain consistent communication, and manage relevant correspondence with clients. Qualifications and Experience - Holder of a B.Sc. or HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering with a minimum of 4-7 years post NYSC relevant experience. - Possession of master’s in business administration, marketing or engineering with a track record of good Sales, business development and customer service are an added advantage. - 28-35 years and ready to work in any part of Nigeria. - Must be a Team Player and Target driven. - Customer Focused and Problem Solver. - Good verbal communication, writing, presentation and computer skills. - Ability to drive and possession of a valid Driver’s license.
