## Title: Business Development Executive
About the Role
House of Tara International is expanding its impact in the education and training space. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive partnerships with schools and enhance our training initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand House of Tara's schools and training programs
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with schools, institutions, and training partners
- Promote programs through presentations, events, and direct outreach
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and industry trends
- Prepare proposals and negotiate partnerships to achieve revenue and enrollment targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored solutions for clients
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports
- Represent House of Tara at industry events, exhibitions, and stakeholder engagements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in business development, sales, or client relations
- Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Self-starter mentality with excellent negotiation abilities
- Strong relationship management skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in the education or training sector
