## Title: Business Development Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to help grow our client base and drive revenue. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. This role includes a commission-based incentive structure in addition to a base salary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients or partners
  • Pitch products and services and present proposals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous sales or business development experience is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

Compensation

Base salary plus commission
