## Title: Business Development Executive

Position Summary

We are seeking an ambitious and result-driven Business Development Executive to identify growth opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in developing partnerships, increasing patient engagement, and achieving business growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities within the healthcare sector
  • Develop strategies to increase patient registration and corporate client engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and growth strategies
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and trends
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly business development targets
  • Work closely with management to align sales and marketing efforts

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.Sc) or HND qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in real estate, REIT investment, or banking industry
