## Title: Business Development Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven Business Development Executive with strong experience in the Adtech or advertising industry. Our dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join us.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and exchange platforms
  • Develop strategic proposals and pitch presentations for prospective clients
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
  • Monitor industry and exchange trends to identify new opportunities and competitive insights

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an Adtech company or Advertising Agency
  • Experience working with ad exchanges or programmatic platforms
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, programmatic buying, and performance marketing
  • Proven track record in client acquisition, partnership development, and revenue growth
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced environment

Compensation

Salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
