## Title: Business Development Executive
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, strengthen client relationships, and expand market presence across Asaba and South South Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients, SMEs, and communities to drive market expansion
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, energy trends, and competitive activities
- Develop and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the company's value proposition
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets, maintain accurate reports, and provide feedback to the Sales Manager on performance
Qualifications and Requirements
- B.Sc. in Arts, Social Sciences, Marketing, or related fields
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, business development, or client management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Certification in Digital Marketing or Media (advantageous)
Work Structure and Compensation
- Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in office and field
- Monthly salary: ₦135,000
