## Title: Business Development Executive

Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in both digital and traditional marketing to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build strategic client relationships. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in business development and marketing.

Location

Omole Phase 1, Ojodu, Ikeja, Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth
  • Develop and implement effective digital and traditional marketing strategies
  • Generate leads through online platforms, field marketing, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Track and report on sales and marketing performance metrics

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing (social media, email marketing, online campaigns)
  • Experience in traditional marketing (field marketing, print, direct sales, events)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Proximity to Omole Phase 1, Ojodu, Ikeja is an added advantage
