## Title: Business Development Executive

Position Overview

Integrated Dairies Limited (IDL) is seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and build strong relationships with customers and distributors across Lagos. This position offers excellent opportunities for career growth within a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Drive product distribution, visibility, and availability across retail outlets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retailers
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor and market intelligence
  • Execute sales promotions and ensure effective product merchandising
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales and marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • OND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–3 years' sales experience in the FMCG industry
  • Strong knowledge of the Lagos market and trade channels
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision
