## Title: Business Development Executive
Position Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving sales and collection targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and enhance patronage from existing customers
- Address and resolve field objections, inquiries, and customer concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance data
- Identify and convert potential customers into active clients while reactivating dormant accounts
- Achieve assigned debt collection targets and ensure proper documentation for all collections
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional handling of all issues
- Conduct regular sales visits, maintain consistent communication, and manage relevant correspondence with clients
Required Qualifications and Experience
- B.Sc. or HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering with a minimum of 4-7 years of post-NYSC relevant experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Engineering is an added advantage
- Age 28-35 years and willing to work in any part of Nigeria

- Good verbal communication, writing, presentation, and computer skills
- Ability to drive and possession of a valid driver's license
