## Title: Business Development & Client Relationship Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a smart, confident, and goal-oriented executive to drive client acquisition and business growth. This role is based in Omole Phase 1, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, engage, and convert potential clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate property viewings, presentations, and negotiations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Requirements
- 1–3 years' experience in Sales or Business Development (Real Estate experience is an advantage)
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and networking skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and well-presented
- Must reside in Lagos (proximity to Omole Phase 1 is a plus)
