Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities on project sites
• Ensure building projects are completed to design specifications and safety standards
• Supervise artisans, subcontractors, and site workers
• Interpret building plans, blueprints, and drawings accurately
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers for smooth execution
• Monitor material usage and ensure quality workmanship

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building Technology or Construction Management
• Professional certification from a recognized body (e.g., NIOB, CORBON)
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on construction supervision experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time

Compensation

N350,000 – N400,000 Monthly
