Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Branding, Digital, and Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of Farm Warehouse's brand, digital presence, and communication strategy. The role will be responsible for shaping the company's brand identity, driving marketing performance, managing internal and external communications, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capabilities across branding, content, digital marketing, media relations, and stakeholder communications.
Key Responsibilities
Branding & Brand Management
- Develop, implement, and manage brand strategy to ensure consistent brand identity across all touchpoints
- Define brand guidelines and ensure adherence across marketing materials, digital platforms, partnerships, and corporate communications
- Lead brand positioning, storytelling, and messaging aligned with company values, mission, and growth objectives
- Oversee design, creative direction, and brand assets including visuals, campaigns, and promotional materials
- Monitor brand perception and recommend strategies to strengthen brand equity and visibility
- Identify inefficiencies in operations and recommend process improvements
Digital Marketing & Online Presence
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across web, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and paid advertising
- Manage the company's website and digital platforms to ensure up-to-date content, optimal user experience, and conversion optimisation
- Lead content strategy and digital campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Track, analyse, and report on digital performance metrics using analytics tools and optimise campaigns based on insights
- Coordinate with sales and operations teams to support go-to-market strategies
