## Title: Branch Operations Manager
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day branch operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand standards
- Manage branch staff, including scheduling, supervision, performance monitoring, and training
- Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and cost control to minimize wastage
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Prepare operational reports and submit regular performance updates to management
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve operational issues promptly
- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4–5 years' experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Sound knowledge of hospitality operations, cost control, and service standards
