## Title: Branch Operations Manager

About the Role

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to oversee all aspects of branch operations, ensuring operational excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all day-to-day branch operations
  • Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand standards
  • Manage branch staff, including scheduling, supervision, performance monitoring, and training
  • Monitor inventory levels, procurement, and cost control to minimize wastage
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
  • Prepare operational reports and submit regular performance updates to management
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and resolve operational issues promptly
  • Drive sales performance and implement strategies to improve profitability

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4–5 years' experience in hospitality operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Sound knowledge of hospitality operations, cost control, and service standards
