## Title: Branch Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead our branch operations in Lagos.

Oversee the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and profitability
Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and maintain excellent customer service
Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and coordinate with procurement
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standard operating procedures
Prepare and present performance and sales reports to management
Maintain a safe, clean, and customer-friendly store environment
Handle customer complaints promptly and professionally to maintain brand reputation
Liaise with suppliers, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery of goods
Conduct regular performance evaluations and ensure continuous staff development
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency

Minimum B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
10–15 years proven experience in a managerial role within a supermarket, retail chain, or FMCG environment
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service
Ability to drive sales, manage staff, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
