About the Role

A leading microfinance bank is seeking an experienced and proactive Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations, business development, and staff performance at its branch located in Imeko, Ogun State.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Supervise, train, and motivate branch staff to meet performance targets
• Drive deposit mobilization and loan portfolio growth
• Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent service delivery
• Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Identify new business opportunities and implement growth strategies

Requirements

• Minimum HND or B.Sc. in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years proven experience in a microfinance bank or financial institution
• Strong leadership, analytical, and interpersonal skills
• Sound knowledge of microfinance operations and regulatory requirements
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Imeko, Ogun State
