Branch Manager at Kuddy Cosmetics

Job Summary

Kuddy Cosmetics is recruiting an experienced, organized, and result-driven Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our retail stores across Island and Mainland locations in Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, managing staff, and maintaining brand standards across the branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations to ensure efficiency and profitability
• Supervise and motivate sales staff to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve client complaints professionally
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate restocking, and manage stock discrepancies
• Maintain store visual standards, merchandising displays, and product organization
• Track and report on sales performance, expenses, and overall store metrics
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
• Design and implement strategic business plans that expand the company's customer base and ensure strong market presence

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 3–5 years' experience in retail management, preferably within cosmetics, beauty, or FMCG industries
• Knowledge of beauty and skincare products is compulsory
• Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and inventory management software
• Must reside within Lekki, Victoria Island, Satellite, Festac, Surulere, or Ago

Compensation

N200,000 - N250,000 per month
