## Title: BPO Sales Manager

Overall Purpose of Job

The BPO Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of field sales representatives to drive product sales, market penetration, and customer acquisition. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and monitoring field sales strategies to achieve business targets while ensuring excellent customer engagement and brand visibility in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate field sales agents to achieve individual and team sales targets
  • Develop and execute field sales strategies and action plans to expand market reach and meet business goals
  • Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews to track agent productivity and ensure target achievement
  • Identify new business opportunities, key markets, and potential customers within assigned territories
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide feedback for business improvement
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, market intelligence, and agent performance
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to plan promotional activities and product activations
  • Manage customer relationships, resolve escalations, and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention
  • Enforce compliance with company policies, sales processes, and code of conduct among field agents
  • Drive continuous performance improvement and skill development through coaching and mentoring

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • 3-5 years' experience in field sales or direct sales management, preferably in telecommunications, ISP, or fibre broadband sales
  • Proven experience in managing field sales teams and achieving or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of fibre broadband products and customer journey processes is an advantage
