## Title: Bookstore Assistant

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos. As a Bookstore Assistant, you will be the backbone of our store operations, delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a well-organized and welcoming retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels
  • Restock shelves and organize product displays
  • Process customer transactions accurately
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience at all times

Required Qualifications

  • Completed NYSC service
  • Experience in retail or bookstore settings
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Proficiency in inventory management and organizational skills
  • Basic computer skills and transaction processing capability
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Desirable Qualities
