About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team. We are looking for a Biomedical Engineer with hands-on experience in medical equipment maintenance, installation, and technical support. This role requires a problem-solver who is detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of biomedical and diagnostic equipment
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance and calibration of equipment
• Provide on-site technical support and respond promptly to service calls
• Document service reports, maintenance logs, and fault resolutions accurately
• Train end-users on equipment handling and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and customer support
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, OEM guidelines)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare/medical equipment industry
• Strong knowledge of diagnostic, imaging, and/or life-support equipment
• Hands-on experience with OEM equipment and service protocols
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
• Willingness to travel within and outside the state as required
• Professional certifications (OEM training, ISO, etc.) are a plus
