Role Description - This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Lekki for a Bid & Proposal Officer. - The role involves preparing, coordinating, and submitting high-quality bid responses and proposals that align with the company’s objectives. - Key responsibilities include analyzing proposal requirements, drafting responses, collaborating with stakeholders to gather content, maintaining proposal documentation, managing submission deadlines, and ensuring compliance with client needs. - The role requires strong attention to detail and accuracy in producing high-impact, customer-focused proposals. Required Qualifications: - Strong skills in writing, editing, and proofreading proposals and other relevant documentation - Proficiency in creating and researching bid strategies and proposals tailored to client requirements - Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively - Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage cross-functional teams and stakeholders - Experience working in the technology or consulting industries is an advantage - Proficiency with document management tools and Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, English, or related fields, or equivalent experience - Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
