Role Overview

We are seeking a qualified Bartender for a full-time, on-site position in Lagos, Nigeria. In this role, you will prepare and serve beverages, interact with guests to ensure a positive experience, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks with proficiency and accuracy
• Handle cash transactions and manage bar finances efficiently
• Assist with inventory management and stock control
• Deliver exceptional customer service in alignment with company values
• Interact with guests to ensure a positive and memorable experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with guests
• Proficiency in bartending and food & beverage preparation
• Knowledge of drink recipes and bartending techniques
• Attention to detail and experience with cash handling
• Ability to manage transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure

Experience

Previous experience in a similar bartending role is advantageous but not required.
