Bartender at Upbeat Centre

We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Role Description - This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role located in Lagos State, Nigeria. - As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, interacting with guests to ensure a positive experience, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar. - Tasks include mixing and serving drinks, handling cash transactions, assisting with inventory management, and delivering exceptional customer service in alignment with Upbeat's core values. - You will also work closely with the Food & Beverage team to ensure smooth operations. Qualifications - Strong Customer Service and Communication skills with the ability to engage with guests and handle inquiries professionally. - Proficiency in Bartending and Food & Beverage preparation, including knowledge of drink recipes and techniques. - Attention to detail and experience with Cash Handling to manage transactions accurately and efficiently. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure. - Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not required.
