Key Responsibilities - Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests - Create signature cocktails and maintain high-quality drink presentation - Welcome customers, take orders, and deliver drinks promptly - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area - Monitor beverage stock levels and advise when reordering is required - Comply with all food and beverage regulations and safety standards - Provide friendly, engaging, and personalized service to guests - Handle cash, POS systems, and proper documentation of orders Requirements - Proven bartending experience in a hotel, lounge, or upscale bar - Strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and mixology techniques - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to multitask and work under pressure - Professional appearance and positive attitude - Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays Check how your CV aligns with this job
