An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our prestigious bar team. Are you fast on your feet, proactive, and looking to break into the world of luxury mixology? We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Barback to become the engine room of our bar operations, ensuring our Head Barman and Mixologists have everything they need to deliver world-class service to our guests.

This is not just a support role; it is the first step toward becoming a professional Bartender in one of our most prestigious venues.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock & Supply: Ensure the bar is fully stocked with spirits, wines, glassware, and garnishes at all times
• Mise-en-Place: Prepare fresh juices, syrups, and garnishes (cutting fruit, picking mint, etc.) before service begins
• Glassware Management: Collect, wash, and polish glassware to a sparkling finish, ensuring the bar never runs dry
• Maintenance: Keep the bar area, ice bins, and floor clean and organized throughout service
• Bar Support: Assist bartenders by changing kegs, restocking ice, and running drinks to tables when necessary

Requirements

• Physical fitness and stamina to stay on your feet for extended shifts in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive mindset—you identify and address needs before being asked
• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude
• Previous restaurant or bar experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with the right personality
• Ideally reside within a reasonable distance of Victoria Island/Lekki Phase 1 for convenient late-night transport
