Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Bar Attendant (Mixologist). This position is open to candidates who may not have prior experience but are eager to learn. You will receive hands-on training in drink preparation, customer service, and general bar operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bar area
• Restock bar supplies and ensure consistency in drink presentation
• Attend to guests politely and provide excellent customer service
• Learn and follow standard recipes and hotel procedures
• Support daily bar operations and assist with inventory management
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards

Requirements

• Minimum SSCE / OND qualification
• Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Neat and professional appearance
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Basic knowledge of beverages (advantageous but not required)
