Job description

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Duties & Responsibilities - Review Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure accurate execution - Coordinate event setup according to layouts (theatre, classroom, round table, etc.) - Supervise banquet staff during service and ensure proper grooming and service standards - Liaise with kitchen for food timing, presentation, and special dietary requests - Coordinate with engineering for AV, lighting, and technical support - Ensure cleanliness and readiness of banquet halls before and after events - Handle guest requests and resolve issues during events - Monitor event timelines and ensure smooth flow - Support billing accuracy and post-event reporting - Enforce safety, hygiene, and hotel SOPs. Skills: & Competencies Required: - Event coordination and organizational skills - Leadership and team supervision - Communication and guest-handling skills - Attention to detail - Time management and problem-solving.
