Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Bank Teller at Ibom Mortgage Bank, located in Eket, Lagos, Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller operations including processing deposits and withdrawals
• Handle cash transactions securely and accurately
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions
• Provide excellent customer service to assist clients with banking needs
• Address customer inquiries professionally and courteously

Requirements

• HND/BSc in any discipline
• Proficiency in teller operations, including processing deposits and transactions
• Strong cash handling skills with attention to accuracy and detail
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
